Product Description

The headset can be used to answer or hang up calls. If connected to a mobile phone, clicking the MFB will answer/end calls on the headset. If connected to a computer, calls must be answered on the computer. It's important to note that the MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines.

If there are issues connecting to devices, follow these steps: while the headset is on, long press Volume "-" and MFB for 5 seconds to clear the pair record. The light will flash red for 1 second, indicating the pair record has been deleted. Then, press and hold the multi-function button for 10s to reset and restart.

During cell phone calls, the mute function can be activated by pressing the mute button. For online meetings, the mute function only works when using a USB dongle for connection, not Bluetooth.

Charging the Bluetooth headset can be done directly with a type-c cable or by using the charging base.

If there is no sound when the headset is connected to the computer, check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to ensure that [KH120M] is selected as the default output and input device.
